After the Ontario Superior Court struck down limitations on 3rd party election spending as unconstitutional, the Premier of Ontario invoked a nuclear constitutional option: the notwithstanding clause. This clause is being used, in effect, to gag 3rd party voices and pre-election debate. Who are those voices?
