Today, on International Women’s Day, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, among many other non-governmental organizations sent a letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to recognize the government’s notable contributions to date to ending gender-based violence, and to call for further action and to develop a National Action Plan to Prevent and Address Gender-Based Violence in Canada.
