Commission des services policiers de Toronto<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Le 27 f\u00e9vrier 2023, la Cour divisionnaire de l&#039;Ontario a rendu sa d\u00e9cision dans<em>Khorsand c. Commission des services policiers de Toronto<\/em>, 2023 ONSC 1270. L\u2019ACLC \u00e9tait intervenante dans l\u2019affaire. La Cour a statu\u00e9 qu&#039;un service de police peut \u00eatre tenu de fournir les raisons pour lesquelles une personne ne r\u00e9ussit pas une v\u00e9rification des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents professionnels et lui permettre de contester ces raisons.
