Sa Majest\u00e9 le Roi. Campbell <\/em>concerne les attentes raisonnables en mati\u00e8re de vie priv\u00e9e dans les communications personnelles et priv\u00e9es dans un contexte criminel. L&#039;int\u00e9r\u00eat central de l&#039;ACLC dans cet appel est qu&#039;il aborde la question de la bonne application des principes qui sous-tendent le droit d&#039;\u00eatre laiss\u00e9 tranquille par l&#039;\u00c9tat ainsi que la question cl\u00e9 de la confidentialit\u00e9 du contenu.
