C&#039;est surtout\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">important\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">dans des contextes o\u00f9 les individus ont souvent beaucoup moins de pouvoir que les entreprises avec lesquelles ils interagissent, qu&#039;il s&#039;agisse de consommateurs, d&#039;entrepreneurs ou d&#039;employ\u00e9s. Un cadre des droits de la personne donnerait \u00e0 la Colombie-Britannique la bonne lentille juridique et analytique pour encadrer les d\u00e9fis de la vie priv\u00e9e d&#039;aujourd&#039;hui et de demain.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">L&#039;ACLC a \u00e9galement fait diverses recommandations concernant la collecte de donn\u00e9es biom\u00e9triques, l&#039;utilisation de l&#039;intelligence artificielle dans la prise de d\u00e9cision,\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00c0 propos\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">ce que signifie \u00ab\u00a0anonymiser\u00a0\u00bb les informations personnelles et les protections de la vie priv\u00e9e pour les groupes vuln\u00e9rables, en particulier les jeunes. Les jeunes et les enfants sont toujours mal desservis par la loi sur la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e et \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 tant d&#039;enfants naviguent sur Internet et se connectent \u00e0 leur t\u00e9l\u00e9phone \u00e0 l&#039;aide de la technologie de reconnaissance faciale, la Colombie-Britannique doit viser \u00e0 \u00eatre en avance sur son temps. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">Un des\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">notre\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">les recommandations les plus importantes concernent \u00e9galement la fa\u00e7on dont nous comprenons le r\u00f4le du \u00ab consentement \u00bb dans la n\u00e9gociation des limites de la vie priv\u00e9e. Le consentement est un concept de principe qui\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">a une place critique dans le droit contemporain de la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\" data-contrast=\"auto\">.
