width=\u00a0\u00bb1\/1&Prime; tablet_width_inherit=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb animation_type=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb bg_image_animation=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb border_type=\u00a0\u00bbsimple\u00a0\u00bb column_border_width=\u00a0\u00bbnone\u00a0\u00bb column_border_style=\u00a0\u00bbsolid\u00a0\u00bb][vc_column_text css=\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0\u00bb text_direction=\u00a0\u00bbdefault\u00a0\u00bb]L\u2019Association canadienne des libert\u00e9s civiles (CCLA) condamne l\u2019adoption du projet de loi 2 \u2013<em> Loi visant principalement \u00e0 \u00e9tablir la responsabilit\u00e9 collective en ce qui concerne l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux services m\u00e9dicaux et \u00e0 assurer la continuit\u00e9 de la prestation de ces services.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ce projet de loi qui porte atteinte aux droits marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans la d\u00e9rive autoritaire du gouvernement qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois.<\/p>\n<p>En mettant fin aux n\u00e9gociations en cours, en interdisant toutes les formes de tactiques de pression et en imposant unilat\u00e9ralement de nouvelles conditions de travail et de nouvelles r\u00e9mun\u00e9rations, le gouvernement sape le droit des m\u00e9decins qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois \u00e0 la libert\u00e9 d\u2019association.<\/p>\n<p>Cette loi viole \u00e9galement d\u2019autres libert\u00e9s fondamentales, ainsi que les droits \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9, en interdisant toute \u00ab action concert\u00e9e \u00bb menant \u00e0 la cessation des activit\u00e9s professionnelles d\u2019un m\u00e9decin \u2013 y compris la d\u00e9mission, le d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement dans une autre province ou la retraite. Selon la loi, une action est pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e concert\u00e9e si elle est \u00ab r\u00e9alis\u00e9e simultan\u00e9ment par deux m\u00e9decins ou plus \u00bb, peu importe s\u2019il existe des liens r\u00e9els ou une proximit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique entre eux. Les sanctions en cas d\u2019infraction sont s\u00e9v\u00e8res, pouvant atteindre 20 000 $ par jour.  <\/p>\n<p>Toute personne qui encourage ou conseille \u00e0 une autre personne d\u2019enfreindre cette loi est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme en infraction et est passible de sanctions.<\/p>\n<p>Il est regrettable que le gouvernement qu\u00e9b\u00e9cois ait choisi d\u2019imposer un r\u00e9gime de coercition et de peur, en violation des droits et libert\u00e9s du peuple qu\u2019il est cens\u00e9 servir.
