R. <\/em>le jeudi 14 novembre.<\/p>\n<p>Cet appel concerne la port\u00e9e des pouvoirs de r\u00e9paration d\u2019une cour d\u2019appel en vertu <a href=\"https:\/\/laws-lois.justice.gc.ca\/eng\/acts\/c-46\/section-686.html\">de l\u2019article 686(2) du <em>Code criminel<\/em><\/a>, un article qui s\u2019applique lorsqu\u2019une erreur judiciaire a eu lieu dans une affaire criminelle. La CCLA entend soutenir qu\u2019il doit y avoir une interpr\u00e9tation solide des recours pr\u00e9vus par le <em>Code criminel <\/em>en vertu de cet article. \u00c0 savoir, lorsque des inconduites \u00e9tatiques ont conduit \u00e0 une erreur judiciaire et qu\u2019une cour d\u2019appel est en mesure de d\u00e9terminer qu\u2019un acquittement serait probablement le r\u00e9sultat d\u2019un nouveau proc\u00e8s, la cour devrait \u00eatre habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 prononcer un acquittement.
