f\u00e9vrier 2026, la CCLA a envoy\u00e9 sa soumission \u00e9crite sur le projet de loi 9 du Qu\u00e9bec au Comit\u00e9 des relations avec les citoyens.<\/p>\n<p>Par une autre invocation des clauses d\u00e9rogatoires, le projet de loi 9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e9tend<br \/>\n l\u2019interdiction actuelle du port de symboles religieux aux nouvelles professions;<br \/>\n&#8211; accro\u00eet les exigences applicables pour avoir droit \u00e0 certains am\u00e9nagements raisonnables; et<br \/>\n&#8211; restreint l\u2019expression religieuse et les manifestations dans les espaces publics.<\/p>\n<p>Plut\u00f4t que de prot\u00e9ger v\u00e9ritablement la nature la\u00efque de l\u2019\u00c9tat, le projet de loi 9 le sape directement en ciblant et marginalisant les membres de certains groupes religieux tels que les femmes musulmanes, ainsi que les individus sikhs et juifs, en raison de leur religion.<\/p>\n<p>Ceux qui sont touch\u00e9s par le projet de loi 9 devront
